Today's Trash Tomorrow's Technology
This project involves the creation of a high tech/low impact experimental design lab open to students, faculty, and members of the community. The reimagining of trash, an abundant resource, into design materials both reduces environmental impacts and enhances quality of life. The products and processes developed through the lab would position students and faculty to actively contribute to current knowledge and future innovation in emerging technologies and materials.
